Are you happy with the speed of your internet? Australians spend $4b a year on fixed broadband internet services, yet so many of us are dissatisfied customers. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) will put devices in thousands of homes to test fixed-line NBN services at various times of the day.

An initial 2000 volunteers are needed1.

Acting chair Delia Rickard told Jon Faine the ACCC is trying to establish whether issues are being caused by the performance of the NBN.
