The Deposit Replacement Local Development Plan (LDP) begins Exhibitions today so local residents can have their say on the future of land development in Caerphilly as part of a council consultation.
The discussions presents a list of potential sites that will be considered for development until 2031, including green field sites which were passed by the council last month, and are now subject to a six-week public consultation exercise. A proposal to an extension of Caerphilly town boundaries, along with a new road to support a 450 500 home development between Van Road and the A469 Mountain Road, the housing development is on the former Ness Tar Plant and surrounding land of Nant y Calch Farm. Risca Library holds its exhibition from march 7th until Saturday March 12th.
Rhymney Library holds its exhibition between Monday March 14 and Tuesday, March 15.
