HP Envy X2 Always Connected PC unveiled
HP has unveiled the HP Envy X2, a Snapdragon 835-based PC which is part of Qualcomm’s Always Connected PC initiative. It features a built-in cellular modem and long battery life – with up to 20 hours of video playback (tested on a model with 8GB RAM and 128GB flash storage). It also features a fanless design housed in an aluminum case which is just over 6mm thick and weighs 700g.
The 12.3-inch touch display (1,920 x 1,280) is detachable, and may be propped up using a stand to create a laptop-like experience. The Envy X2 will be available by June 2018, with no pricing yet available.
