SteelSeries unveils new gaming mice with 1-to-1 tracking

SteelSeries has revealed its Rival 310[1] and Sensei 310[2] gaming mice, featuring a new sensor. The updated peripherals are aimed at eSports gamers and feature the manufacturer’s new TrueMove3 optical sensor. This has a polling rate of 1ms, 12,000 DPI, and zero hardware acceleration.

SteelSeries said its TrueMove3 sensor features true 1-to-1 tracking, allowing for pinpoint accuracy. The Rival 310 sports a right-handed design, while the Sensei 310 has an ambidextrous design. The mice are almost identical, and boast 50-million-click mechanical switches, silicon side grips, and independent RGB lighting zones.

The Rival 310 features twin side buttons on the inside grip, while the Sensei 310 features two side buttons on each side grip. Both devices are available from the SteelSeries website for EUR70 each. SteelSeries Rival 310
