Brave gives out $5 in BAT to each user
Brave is giving browser users £5 worth of BAT (Basic Attention Tokens). The tokens will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and must be used within 90 days. BAT can be used to support publishers and content creators, and can be earned by Brave users who view advertisements online.
Brave also recently added support for YouTube, allowing users to support YouTube channels by contributing BAT to creators.
The Brave wallet is embedded in the browser and allows users to set a monthly spending budget – which they can split among publishers.
