S C Brown of Birtley, Bucknell says spend this cash on broadband

THE Institute of Economic Affairs reckons the government could end up spending around 80 billion of public money on HS2 which will be used by relatively few people in the south east.

Please could we taxpayers hidden away in the rural west have a proportionate amount spent on providing mobile and broadband coverage?
